How It Works

Fill out the form above with your collection, header style, measurements, and any custom details. The more you share, the more accurate your quote will be.

2. Receive your personalized quote
We'll review your request and send a detailed quote to your email within 24 hours. If we have any questions, we'll reach out directly.

3. Production
Once you approve your quote and confirm your order, production begins at our workshop in Vietnam. Bespoke orders typically take 3-6 weeks in production, plus shipping, depending on the complexity of your request.

4. Delivery
Your panels are shipped directly to you. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Colors are shown as accurately as photography and screen settings allow. For a true read on texture and tone, we recommend ordering a swatch before placing your order.

Care and Install

How to Install & Style

Steam gently on low heat or iron on the reverse side if needed.
To train pleats, fold each pleat after steaming and tie loosely for 3–5 days to set the shape.
Avoid tight wrapping — allow folds to breathe while tied.
Draw curtains open and closed periodically to maintain fold memory.
To adjust hanging height, use the pre-cut fabric tab on each hook. See our hem adjustment guide.


Care

Vacuum or brush lightly to remove dust.
Blot spills immediately — do not rub.
Professional dry cleaning recommended.

As our products are handcrafted to your specific measurements, all sales are final and non-refundable upon purchase. Need to adjust your specifications? Contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@thoahome.com. Once your order enters production, we're unable to make changes.

What can I customize through the Bespoke Studio?

Beyond our standard sizing, you can request oversized panels, fractional or decimal measurements, custom header styles, specific pleat spacing, contrast lining, fabric detailing, and trim. For trim, we'll work with you to source the right option for your project.

Is there a minimum order size or value?

No minimum. Whether you need one panel or an entire home, we're happy to help.

Can I order swatches before submitting my request?

Yes, and we recommend it. Order up to 6 swatches for a small shipping fee using code EXPLORE at checkout before committing to a full bespoke order.

Do you accept returns on bespoke orders?

Each piece is custom-crafted to your exact specifications, making all sales final. If something arrives with a workmanship defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

How will my bespoke order be shipped?

Once your custom order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped via express courier, with all import duties included in your price, and are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
