What is the trade discount and how does the tier system work?
We offer a tiered pricing structure that rewards our most frequent partners. Approved trade members receive a baseline discount of 20% off all custom orders, with the potential to reach up to 30% based on your annual volume. Detailed price sheets and tier thresholds are provided immediately upon account approval.
What are your production and shipping timelines?
All orders are produced in our Vietnam atelier and shipped via express air freight (DHL/UPS).
- Standard Production: 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
- Express Production: 2–3 weeks (+15% surcharge).
- Rush Production: 10 business days (+20% surcharge).
Please note that expedited options are subject to fabric availability and order size.
How do you handle fabric sourcing and COM?
We offer total flexibility. You can bring your own fabric (COM) or leverage our sourcing network. Through our partners, we can often source exclusive specialty textiles at a better price point than many domestic suppliers. On request, we can also hold a small yardage of your chosen fabric (Fabric Reserve) to ensure continuity for future add-ons or adjustments.
Are there minimum order requirements for small projects?
No. We offer small order flexibility to support your design process at any scale. Whether your project requires a single custom panel or a full estate, there are no minimum order requirements to access your trade benefits.
