CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: May 14, 2026
At Thoa Home, our production process begins immediately to maintain our artisanal standards and international lead times. Because every order is custom-made to your specific measurements and fabric selections, we maintain a strict No Cancellation policy.
1. THE 48-HOUR CORRECTION WINDOW
While we do not allow cancellations or refunds, we provide a 48-hour grace period from the moment of order confirmation for technical modifications. During this window, you may request:
- Measurement Adjustments: Corrections to width or length.
- Specification Changes: Updates to header styles or lining options.
- Color/Collection Swaps: Changes to a different fabric within the same price tier.
All modification requests must be submitted in writing to support@thoahome.com. Beyond this 48-hour window, the order is locked into our production queue and no further changes can be made.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
For all orders (including Trade orders placed with a 50% deposit), the payment is non-refundable upon receipt.
- Payment as Consent: By submitting payment or a deposit, you are authorizing the immediate allocation of raw materials and workshop labor.
- Project Delays: If your project is delayed on-site (e.g., construction delays), we cannot cancel or "pause" an order once it has entered production. We will complete the order and ship it to your designated address or warehouse as planned.
3. UNAVAILABLE MATERIALS
In the rare event that a selected fabric becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately. In this specific instance, you will have the option to:
- Select an alternative fabric of equal or greater value.
- Receive a full refund for the affected portion of your order.
4. REFUSED DELIVERIES
Refusing a delivery does not constitute a cancellation. Since our products are bespoke and cannot be resold, refused packages will be held at the carrier’s facility or returned to our studio at the customer's expense. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
